Let me admit, I haven't followed Kamen Rider for many years and I'm not really knowledgeable about the new series. I picked this show out of curiosity and it turned out to be quite entertaining even when you didn't know anything about Kamen Rider W (but basic Kamen Rider knowledge is still required). I really like the character design and the action sequences are pretty sleek. The story while not groundbreaking but is still entertaining. I really enjoyed this a lot.

Since there is more story to be told, I hope this will get another season. I rate it 7.5/10.

Same on the rating with me and the last actual Kamen Rider's I've seen was the Saban Americanize version which was Mask Rider, VR Troopers, and Bettle Borges on tv.

Lol they legit threw Mamoru's reactor thing, I can honestly say I was not expecting that. His body had built up a lot of resistance to the heat though, he survived that explosion and was still able to use his powers to defend the portal and get to Bando.

When our boys finished off Nikaido with the W Prism Extreme, while holding Tokime with Private Eye blasting in the background, I was this close of just popping off screaming hard in my room! Man that was just PURE HYPE!!

OH. MY. GOSH!! I think it's safe to say I found my #1 of this season hands down! For normal anime fans this was an underrated gem, for the Tokusatsu anime fans like me this was basically Kamen Rider W Season 2 but anime! The characters were 100% on point to the OG show, the Fuuto Tantei OCs were very memorable, the music was phenomenal (OP, OST, and ED), and the animation and fight scenes were really good! Thank you based Studio Kai for this S-Tier adaptation of the manga I never read!!

One more thing. To all the regular anime fans of this comment section hear me out. If this show did more than tickle your fancy, and you, like Tokime, want to see how our 2-in-1 boys battle began in anticipation for a Fuuto Tantei S2, than consider the following. PLEASE give Kamen Rider W a chance! If you do, I feel like you'll see why I love both it and the entire based KR franchise as a whole! Man, this is the longest comment I've type on this site... I like that even when they're Kamen Rider, it's always Shotaro's side that reaches out for Tokime. That Prism Kick though... it was cool but a lot was happening in that scene 😂😂 Also I appreciate that they burned off all of Nikaidou's clothing but left juuust enough to not need censoring LMAO

Question. Is it possible the reason Tokime didn't have a memory port is cause she could've had a driver like Bando? Do Memory Ports even appear to those with drivers?

your right that if she had a driver she wouldnt get a port. Because the point of the driver is to give you the powers without the side effects. But unless they had a really unique driver. She would need a T2 memory, like what Shortaro has. Since this is the skeleton looking one, she probably would've needed a driver we've never seen before.

T2 memories are all destroyed, Shortaro is just using his original memory
